- Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Specialization: Candidates are screened and tested by professional data warehouse and business intelligence consultants, not by generic IT recruiters.
- Stringent Filtration: All Dataspace candidates pass through a number of rigorous screens, including an in-person or video interview. In addition to technical skills, we screen for verbal communication, written communication, and initiative – all factors to required for success in a business environment. Finally, we also screen for average length of projects in the United States, a criteria traditionally correlated with success on client accounts. Our filtering process typically eliminates 70% – 80% of all candidates.
- Agency: We view our role as that of being an active agent representing the interests of our clients. Therefore, rather than simply sending our resumes, we provide a Dataspace-generated description of each candidate, detailing their relative strengths and weaknesses.
- Dataspace Candidate Comparator: We understand that it’s difficult to choose between candidates when you’re faced with a number of seemingly equal resumes. Therefore we have pioneered the development of a tool for objectively comparing multiple candidates – the Dataspace Candidate Comparator. The comparator is customized for each client and role, measuring the candidate along dimensions important for each, unique situation. - Rapid Response: Dataspace typically provides candidates for most needs in 1 – 2 business days.
- Guarantee: If, for any reason, a consultant is not a good fit, notify Dataspace within that candidate’s first week of work. That consultant will be removed from the project and you will not be billed for the time.
